It should be noted that John was also the president of our LHS senior class of 1971. A position he never wanted nor pursued. He was drafted by fellow classmates. He gained that status due to his calm and friendly demeanor to everyone he came in contact with, without reservation or compromise. Sorry to see John leave us so soon, but as they say, only the good die young. Heartfelt sympathies go out to his whole family. Ed T. Class of '71.
